Business Value Planning Services (BVPS) helps your organization's decision makers develop a plan to improve key business processes to save money. This process is designed to identify ways to leverage your investment in the Microsoft technologies and products through structured, multi-day engagements.
QubeLogic, a Microsoft certified BVPS provider, will work with you to document, analyze, and design a plan that can help you unlock the potential of your existing investment, drive change, and improve your business processes. The number of engagement days is 1, 3, 5, 10, or 15 depending on your business needs and for those who qualify, determined by your Microsoft Software Assurance coverage.
Through structured, multi-day engagements, we will work with your organization to identify, design, and implement improvements to an existing business process using Information Worker (IW) solutions. Types of processes that QubeLogic targets with a Business Value Planning Service engagement are:

Business Value Planning Services provides your organization with a number of significant benefits.
Microsoft customers with a qualifying agreement may be eligible to receive BVPS at a reduced or no cost. Eligibility requirements are listed below.
Microsoft customers with an active Enterprise, Enterprise Subscription, Select SAM1, Open Value SA, or Open Value Subscription SA Enrollment who have purchased at least 200 qualifying Application Pool licenses receive at least one day of Packaged Services benefits.
You can use your Packaged Services days for multiple engagements at multiple locations and for different Packaged Services types, including Business Value Packaged Services, Desktop Deployment Packaged Services, Exchange Deployment Packaged Services, and SharePoint® Deployment Packaged Services.
